You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How do I clean dust off the screen of my Auravisor?

I am having trouble logging into my Google account.

You can log into your Google account by going to apps>Playstore.

I am having trouble using the controller on an Android platform.

Change the switch on the controller to “Android”. Press either the round button or the one above it on the left of the controller, then using the headset search for devices just as you would for any Android service.

When in ‘Home’ or ‘Theatre’ mode the screen drifts to the right. What can I do?

Power your AuraVisor down using the onboard controls. If that doesn’t resolve the issue then perform a full system reset as per your included instructions, or discharge the battery entirely and recharge fully before using.

How do I adjust my settings so that I can watch 3D footage?

Select your required movie from the card and the AuraVisor will take you to the ‘Theatre’. The screen should offer a range of formats to play – i.e. 2D, 3D, 180, etc. If that does not appear, then click on ‘OK’ to play and then click ‘OK’ again to pause, which will bring up a menu on the lower section of the screen (above the chairs). It will display the mode it is currently in. If you hover over that and press ‘OK’ you can go through the various modes and choose the setting you want.

I am having trouble logging into my Google account.

The best way to download from the Android Playstore is to access it from your PC and download it into your AuraVisor account from there and then access it on your AuraVisor itself. Alternatively, you can download the following browser: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.explore.web.browser

I cannot pair my Bluetooth controller with my AuraVisor device.

The controller needs to be switched to Android mode. It should then appear as “R02” in the paired devices list on your AuraVisor.
